do they freak out at the long grass? I mean, I know they want to eat it, but it's tall and scary too. it's a jungle out there!

They don't really seem to be scared at all. They do seem to enjoy the hunt. When they pounce on a large blade of grass, they'll bite it at the easiest to reach head level to break it off, then slurp it up like fettuccine.

do they stick their bum up in the air and wave it around like cats do when they're hunting? It's to distract the grass from it's untimely doooom
