I was dredging through my photos for my car, and found these piccies from my Jan 2005 trip to Kangaroo Valley which I had to share. So I am! The waterfall is called "twin falls".
I also feel the urge to go back! It was unfortunatly quite obvious while I was there that there isn't enough water. They had let some water out from the dam for the weekend, and the river gradually got lower as the weekend progressed. I guess it's to keep the tourists coming and the canoe rentals afloat....
Kangaroo Valley is nummy, and not just because of the pie shop, or the fudge and ice cream shop, or the pub... or the fact that it's on the way to the coast if you so desire to go that way. lovely photies Snerg!

oh, pretty. Must get back to the Kangaroo valley sometime and go for a canoeing trip. The river and valley are just so peaceful
